Can I take the Colon Cleanse every day?
Colon Cleanse is NOT to be taken every day or on a long-term basis, as it may create a dependence on the product. It contains Senna and Cascara Sagrada and could be habit-forming. Most people take Colon Cleanse about 3 to 4 times a week.
Can I take the Colon Cleanse if I am on Medication?

Will the Colon Cleanse cause me to cramp?
Most customers do not experience cramping. However, if you do, you may need to increase your dosage as well as water intake because it may indicate that the herbs are trying to gather up the waste and an increase in the dosage may be necessary. For example, if you took 3, the next morning you had mild cramping and did not see a difference in your movement, then the next evening you need to increase to 4 or 5.
